Gtca was founded in 2008 in Klagenfurt with one belief — that good consulting is grounded in real operating experience, not just frameworks. Our founders had spent decades inside companies they later advised, and they wanted to bring that same operator's mindset to every client engagement.

Today we serve clients across DACH, the Nordics, and Southern Europe. We've stayed deliberately small so every project gets the attention of senior consultants — no rotating cast of juniors, no diluted accountability.
